  1. How fast will I receive my order? Orders that are received by 4:00 p.m. - Central time (M-F) ship the same business day. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. or on the weekend ship the next business day. At checkout you will be prompted to select your level of shipping service. Our normal shipping method is FedEx Ground where delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 business days depending upon your locations distance from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.
  2. Can I have my order delivered Overnight or 2nd Day? At checkout, you will be provided the option to upgrade to faster levels of shipping and shown the cost difference.
  3. How do I know if my order is on it way? Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately get an e-mail confirmation. You should expect to get a second email when your order ships. This second e-mail will include a link to FedEx Ground to track your order.
  4. Can I order in less than a case quantity? In order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass them on to you the customer, we are only able to ship full cases.
  5. What is your minimum order? We will ship as little as 1 case to you.
  6. May I open a credit account with you? Again in order to make this as cost efficient as possible, we only accept payment via four major credit cards.
  7. May I place my order over the phone or via Fax? In order to provide 24/7 service, we prefer orders placed on line.
